The Three Stooges, posing as salesmen, try their hand at selling a weight loss machine, but struggle until they're hired as caretakers by an eccentric inventor. Left in charge when the inventor departs to showcase his death-ray machine to the government, the Stooges must fend off enemy spies and a mysterious pie thrower while keeping the inventor's property safe.
