Columbia's 14th serial, starring Warren Hull as Richard Wentworth, alias the Spider, follows a gang of saboteurs led by the mysterious and powerful agent, the Gargoyle, as they wreak havoc on National Defense projects. The Spider returns to his crusade against the underworld, but is captured and left unconscious in a burning airplane.
