Michele Neil, a talented Taekwondo athlete, faces a series of setbacks in her life, including her father's accident, which leaves her family struggling to make ends meet. Despite her Olympic aspirations, Michele becomes homeless, living out of her car for over a year as she tries to support her family and pursue her dreams.
