A police officer is brutally gang-raped in her home, and when the perpetrators are acquitted, she finds solace in a support group for rape victims. The group's leader, a doctor whose daughter was murdered by a sex offender, becomes radicalized and begins to take matters into her own hands, orchestrating the abduction and castration of rapists who have evaded justice.
