Police artist Jack Whitfield is discouraged by an unstoppable serial killer with no survivors, but a blind eyewitness, Emmy O'Conner, holds the key to catching the killer. Despite initial skepticism, Jack becomes convinced of Emmy's accuracy and grows closer to her as they work together to find the killer. However, the killer's obsession with Emmy intensifies, and Jack must stop him before it's too late.
