In this Western, two outlaws, Jim Lacey and Cash Burridge, flee from a sheriff who believes they've committed crimes. They head to Arizona, where they witness a gambler swindle an elderly rancher. Jim joins the game, wins the deed back, and then learns the rancher has taken his own life. Jim and Cash decide to start a new life as ranchers, but their territory is plagued by a gang of rustlers, led by a respected local citizen. With the help of a neighboring rancher and his daughter, they set out to take down the rustlers.
