After finding a home for all of the experiments, Lilo and the team must come together to fight against an evil male doctor who has invented a new evil experiment to capture all of the experiments. Lilo and the team must find a way to defeat him once and for all.

New circumstances forces Lilo and her alien friends to part ways while Gantu and Dr. Van Hamsterviel create the Stitch clone, Leroy, in order to capture all of the experiments and take over the galaxy.
