Two brothers establish a wilderness, with one building the largest cattle ranch in the state and the other creating a game reserve to protect wildlife. After his brother's death, Bonnie inherits the ranch and discovers bears are killing her cattle. She begins hunting bears, unaware that Dan, her brother's partner, is orchestrating the attacks using a caged bear to take over Grizzly's land. Meanwhile, Monte works for Grizzly to safeguard the wildlife until the land can be donated to the government as a preserve.

As Grizzly's brother passes away, Bonnie assumes control of the game preserve, only to discover that the bears are encroaching on the cattle ranch, threatening the brothers' legacies and the future of their wilderness home.
