A detective is sent to investigate a Ranger's murder, and while undercover, he discovers the killer is a notorious outlaw named Apache Joe. He also meets a money courier who is involved with Apache Joe, and takes a job at the courier's ranch, but his cover is blown when the courier's sister recognizes him as a lawman.
