Eddie, a Manhattan garbage-truck driver, discovers $5,000 in a high-end restaurant's trash and spends it on a lavish night with his girlfriend Julie. However, their new wealth is short-lived as the money is revealed to be extortion funds belonging to a ruthless blackmailer.
