In 1943 Debrecen, Hungary, a young man named Saul Kovakcz cared for his gravely ill wife Florence, struggling to survive under German oppression. After her death, Saul joined the resistance, driven by his sole goal of saving his sister-in-law Judith, a courageous young lawyer. Together, they led a heroic mission to rescue thousands of people during World War II.
