The Range Busters, a trio of friends, are enjoying a carefree moment on their ranch when they're interrupted by the arrival of their old friend Larry Meadows and his niece Dorrie. Meadows asks for their help in combating a gang of outlaws terrorizing his town. However, things take a sinister turn when they discover that Dorrie's brother, Ernie, has been kidnapped by Tex Laughlin, who's secretly leading a gang of outlaws, including their supposed friend Tim Douglas.

The Range Busters team up with a wrongly accused young man to clear his name and bring down the real outlaw gang responsible for a series of stagecoach robberies.
