Two American police officers, Slim and Tubby, are in London to learn from local law enforcement. However, their stay takes an unexpected turn when they find themselves behind bars. Luckily, Dr. Jekyll comes to their rescue, but unbeknownst to them, he has a dark secret. Jekyll has been brutally murdering his fellow doctors who mock his unorthodox experiments. As they navigate their new surroundings, they become entangled in Jekyll's sinister plans, and things take a deadly turn when Tubby accidentally receives the serum that transforms Jekyll into the notorious Mr. Hyde.
