A brave man, Barun Biswas, stands up against gang rapes in the village of Dukhiya, where they had become a festival. Despite the powerful criminals and corrupt police, he forms a forum and fights for justice. After his murder, his colleague Binod Bihari Dutta comes to the village to uncover the truth. Binod finds the villagers too afraid to take action and decides to take matters into his own hands, killing the criminals one by one.
