Steve Bolton, a Department of the Interior agent, has granted a lease to 50,000 acres of range land to young "Bronc" Masters.

A Department of the Interior agent has leased 50,000 acres of range land to a young man named Bronc Masters. When Bronc discovers a warning notice on the land, he suspects the agent has leased the land twice and decides to investigate. His girlfriend, Ann Bradford, tries to calm him down, but they eventually discover a gang of men, led by Spud Henry, rounding up wild horses. The agent produces a forged document, but the Durango Kid intervenes to stop the rustling of horses.
