Georgekutty, a movie theater owner and aspiring filmmaker, is haunted by his family's dark past. His wife Rani is increasingly concerned about his well-being, as he's taken out a loan and started drinking. Their daughters, Anju and Anu, face their own struggles, with Anju suffering from epilepsy and Anu asserting her independence.
