William Ngo's early life unfolded in Monterey Park, California, a city situated in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley within Los Angeles County. Ngo's high school days were marked by his participation in the wrestling team and his involvement in numerous student organizations, in addition to his academic endeavors, as he took Honors classes at West Covina High School.
Following his high school education, Ngo ventured into higher learning, initially enrolling at the University of California, Irvine, where he studied sociology. He later transferred to California State University, Fullerton, to pursue a degree in advertising. However, it was during this time that he discovered his true passion for acting. Recognizing the importance of honing his craft, Ngo went on to train at Playhouse West for over three years, where he had the esteemed opportunity to study under the tutelage of the renowned actor and director, Jeff Goldblum.
