Wael Ihsan, a prominent Egyptian film director, embarked on his creative journey after graduating from the faculty of commerce in 1986. His academic pursuits continued as he delved into the realm of film production at the prestigious High Cinema Institute of Cairo, where he honed his skills until 1991.
Following his initial foray into the film industry, Ihsan's big break arrived in the early 2000s with the release of his debut film, "El Lemby", which went on to become one of the most successful films in Egyptian cinema history. This monumental achievement was swiftly followed by the sequel, "Elly Baly Balak", which replicated the success of its predecessor.
As his career gained momentum, Ihsan went on to direct a string of A-list star-led blockbuster comedies, including "Zaki Chan", "Amir El Behar" (Prince of the Seas),"Bobbos", and "Nour Einy" (Light of My Eyes).
