Patricia Lynn Yearwood, born on September 19, 1964, is a renowned American country singer who rose to fame with her debut single "She's in Love with the Boy" in 1991, which reached number one on the Billboard country singles chart and sold over two million copies.
Yearwood's subsequent albums and singles, including "Walkaway Joe", "The Song Remembers When", "XXX's and OOO's (An American Girl)", and "Believe Me Baby (I Lied)", solidified her position as a major country music star during the early to mid-1990s.
Her 1997 single "How Do I Live" reached number two on the U.S. country singles chart and was internationally successful, appearing on her first compilation album (Songbook) A Collection of Hits. The album certified quadruple-platinum in the United States and featured the hits "In Another's Eyes" and "Perfect Love".
Yearwood continued to experience commercial success with hits like "There Goes My Baby" and "I Would've Loved You Anyway".
