Traylor Elizabeth Howard is an American actress born on June 14, 1966, standing at 5 feet 5 inches (1.65 meters) tall. Her early life unfolded in Orlando, Florida, where she was the middle child of three siblings. Howard attended Lake Highland Preparatory School and later graduated from Florida State University with a degree in communications, advertising, and English. During her teenage years, she worked at SeaWorld in Orlando.
Howard's acting career began in 1994 with a commercial appearance in the "You Will" series for AT&T Corporation. Her first significant role in television was as Joy Byrnes on the sitcom Boston Common, which aired from 1996 to 1997. She then landed the role of Sharon Carter on the television series Two Guys and a Girl in 1998. The show received critical and commercial acclaim, and Howard's performance was widely praised.
