Biography

Stephanie, a theatrically trained Actress from Australia, boasts a unique story of her own, born and raised in the Fiji Islands to a Fijian, Indian, Irish father and a Burmese mother. At the age of 11, she relocated to Australia, where she continued to nurture her passion for the performing arts.

As a primary school student, Stephanie would perform in dance and stage shows, her love for the spotlight evident even at a young age. However, due to her parents' strict upbringing, she didn't pursue formal theatrical training until her final year of study at the University of Sunshine Coast.

At just 20 years old, Stephanie achieved a remarkable feat, completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science while securing a Talent-Based Scholarship to study at the prestigious New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. Among her esteemed instructors were Suzanne Kent, founder of The Groundlings, and Ros Gentle, known for her work on "The People Vs OJ Simpson" and "Picnic at Hanging Rock" alongside Natalie Dormer.

Three years later, Stephanie auditioned and landed a full-time spot at the New York Film Academy on the Gold Coast, Australia, where she studied for an intensive two-year course in Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media (Acting for Film).

Stephanie's impressive resume boasts an array of local and international projects, including films, national commercials, stage productions, and television shows. Her most recent endeavors include starring in NBC's YOUNG ROCK alongside Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, presenting "Romeo and Juliet; Virtually Live" at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, and Steve Jaggi's "Dog Days of Christmas".

Notably, Stephanie has worked alongside Hollywood heavyweights such as Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo, Jeff Goldblum, and Cate Blanchett in THOR: RAGNAROK, as well as Daniel Radcliffe in JUNGLE, the true story of Yossi Ghinsberg, an adventurer who gets lost in the Bolivian jungle.

In television, Stephanie has appeared in SCHAPPELLE, a telemovie starring Krew Boylan and Vince Colosimo, and the US comedy series CAMP, starring Rachel Griffiths. She has also performed alongside Monette Lee, known for her work on Australia's favorite TV Series HOME AND AWAY and HEARTBEAT, in their original play SECOND HAND, which premiered at the SHORT and SWEET Festival.

Other notable credits include a national commercial for Flight Centre's BEST IN EVERYWHERE, which aired during the RIO Summer Olympics 2016.

In addition to her impressive film credits, Stephanie has had a successful stint in the pageant world, winning MISS UNIVERSITY AUSTRALIA in 2010 as voted by the public and placing in the Top 10 for MISS HUMANITY AUSTRALIA in 2013.
