Spiros Focás, a renowned Greek actor, embarked on a storied career spanning over five decades, during which he graced the silver screen with his presence in an impressive array of over two hundred films and television episodes.
Born on August 17, 1937, in Patras, Greece's third-largest urban area and the regional capital of West Greece Periphery, Focás made his initial foray into the world of cinema at the tender age of 22, when he appeared in four films produced in 1959.
Throughout his illustrious career, Focás had the privilege of working under the direction of esteemed filmmakers such as Luchino Visconti, Vincente Minnelli, and Ferdinando Baldi. His impressive repertoire includes notable titles such as Rambo III and The Jewel of the Nile.
As of 2011, Focás was actively involved in the production of Lords of Magic, with another title, The Family Inheritance, slated for release in 2012.
