Simon's journey as an English teacher began in Kent and China, where he honed his skills before transitioning into the world of acting. Thirteen years have now passed since he made Ireland his home and has been actively involved in the country's thriving theatre scene.
His impressive theatre repertoire boasts an array of iconic productions, including adaptations of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, Oscar Wilde's An Ideal Husband, and Noël Coward's The Vortex, all staged at the esteemed Gate Theatre. Additionally, he has appeared in esteemed productions such as A Doll's House, Hamlet, and The Picture of Dorian Grey at the Second Age, Winterland, and C Company, respectively.
Simon's theatrical credits also include performances in King Lear at the Pavilion Theatre, Macbeth, Secret Rapture, Racing Demon, and A Doll's House at the Salisbury Playhouse, Outward Bound and Kind Hearts and Coronets at the Watford Palace, Wild Honey and Betrayal at the Stephen Joseph Theatre, and Murder in the Cathedral, Moby Dick, and The Tempest at the Royal Shakespeare Company.
In addition to his extensive theatre work, Simon has also made significant contributions to the world of film and television.
