Seth Woodbury MacFarlane is a multifaceted American creative force, born on October 26, 1973, in Kent, Connecticut. He is an animator, writer, comedian, producer, actor, singer, voice actor, and director, best known for his work on the animated sitcoms Family Guy, American Dad!, and The Cleveland Show.
MacFarlane's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Rhode Island School of Design, where he studied animation. He began his career as an animator and writer for Hanna-Barbera, working on various television shows such as Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, and Dexter's Laboratory.
In 1999, MacFarlane created his own series, Family Guy, for 20th Century Fox, which went on to become a huge success. He continued to create new shows, including American Dad! in 2005, The Winner in 2007, and The Cleveland Show in 2009, all for 20th Century Fox.
