Sabrina Gennarino was born in Rochester, New York, and later relocated to New York City to pursue a career in modeling and attend college. However, she soon discovered her true passion for acting when a friend invited her to participate in a play, where she played two distinct roles after only two nights of rehearsal. This experience marked the beginning of her journey as an actress.
Under the guidance of renowned coach Eric Loeb, Sabrina honed her skills and found her voice and confidence. She went on to book her first full feature film and subsequently appeared in several independent short films, including the critically acclaimed role of the ex-girlfriend from hell in H.R. Pukenshette.
Sabrina's impressive filmography includes starring roles in "Bum Runner" alongside Joe Reitman, "Virgin Larry" by The Leupp Brothers, and the full feature "Fortunes" starring Mike McGlone and James Urbaniak. She also delivered a standout performance in the indie feature "The Fall Before Paradise," directed by Steven Gillilan, and starred in Jake Kennedy's "Days of Darkness."
In addition to her film work, Sabrina has made a significant impact on television, starring opposite Joe Pantoliano as Nina on "The Soprano's," "The Guiding Light," "Strong Medicine," and "Criminal Minds." Furthermore, she has ventured into writing and producing, making her debut with "The Hypocritic Oath" and following it up with "AFTER," in which she also starred.
Sabrina is a dedicated philanthropist, often lending her time and energy to dog rescues and other charitable organizations. She currently resides in Los Angeles and New Orleans with her producing partner and husband, Pieter Gaspersz, and their daughter.
