Ralph Rieckermann's fascination with music began at the tender age of 7, when his innate talents were nurtured by private lessons with renowned tutors specializing in Jazz, Latin, and Rock. Under their guidance, he mastered the electric bass, guitar, drums, and percussion, laying the foundation for his future musical endeavors.

As he entered his teenage years, Ralph's passion for music only intensified, and he decided to take his skills to the next level by studying classical music at one of Germany's most prestigious Music Conservatories. For four years, he immersed himself in music history, composition, upright bass, piano, and classical orchestra, developing a profound understanding of various musical styles.

In 1991, Ralph joined the iconic rock band The Scorpions as their new bass player, embarking on a 12-year journey that would see him record eight gold and platinum albums, sell millions of copies worldwide, and tour the globe six times. During his tenure, he co-wrote the hit single "Mysterious," which reached the top 3 on the American charts.

In 1999, while still touring with The Scorpions, Ralph made his debut as a film composer with Lancelot: Guardian of Time (1997),starring Mark Singer, Claudia Christian, and John Saxon. He also acted in and wrote the two main title tracks.

From this point on, film became his primary focus, and he eventually left The Scorpions in 2004.
