Born and raised in Los Angeles, Abergel's early career saw her making waves in the film industry, with notable appearances in blockbuster hits such as Superbad alongside Jonah Hill, and Just Go with It, where she played the role of Adam Sandler's sister.
Her impressive filmography also includes memorable roles in My Best Friend's Girl opposite Dane Cook, The Call alongside Halle Berry, and A Thousand Words, starring Eddie Murphy and Kerry Washington.
