Following his Off-Broadway debut alongside the incomparable Kim Hunter in the iconic production of "The Cherry Orchard", Pape's breakthrough role materialized when he was cast as the pivotal character 'Double J' opposite the legendary John Travolta in the 1977 blockbuster film "Saturday Night Fever".
