Ophélie Meunier was born on December 17, 1987, in Versailles, a town located in the department of Yvelines, France. She grew up in a household that practiced Mormonism, initially in Versailles and later in Nice, where her father worked as a seller of alarm systems.
At a young age, Meunier began her television career, making her first appearance on the show L'École des fans in 1992, when she was just four-and-a-half years old. The show was hosted by Jacques Martin on Antenne 2, and featured a guest appearance by Julio Iglesias.
As she grew older, Meunier continued to appear in various television shows and magazines. At the age of 12, she participated in the TV show C'est mon choix, hosted by Évelyne Thomas.
