Matthew Thomas Rehwoldt, an American professional wrestler and color commentator, currently performs under his real name in Impact Wrestling. Formerly known as Aiden English in WWE, Rehwoldt signed a development contract with the organization in 2012.
Initially, he was assigned to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) and later to NXT, where he formed a tag team with Simon Gotch, known as The Vaudevillains. They won the NXT Tag Team Championship and were later called to the main roster in 2016.
However, the team disbanded in 2017 when Gotch was released. English then paired with Rusev, starting an act called "Rusev Day", which became a popular phenomenon.
In 2019, Rehwoldt transitioned to a color commentator role on 205 Live and NXT UK. Unfortunately, he was released from WWE in April 2020.
Currently, he is active on the independent circuit and in Impact Wrestling under the name Matt Morris. Outside of wrestling, Rehwoldt has pursued other creative ventures, including the "Rough Cuts" social media campaign for unfinished art and the "Wrestling With Whiskey" project on YouTube.
