Noted actress began her illustrious career on the stage, initially performing with the esteemed Dante Testa company. In 1910, alongside her sister Letizia, she joined the ranks of Itala Film, but it was the same year that she made her film debut in the short film L'ignota, courtesy of Aquila Films.
Four years later, in 1914, her artistic talent gained widespread recognition with her captivating performance in the film Cabiria, which not only solidified her status as a talented actress but also catapulted her to international fame.
Between 1915 and 1920, she continued to shine on the big screen, starring in numerous films produced by various film companies. One notable film from this period is The Three Sentimental, a cinematic masterpiece that showcased her remarkable range as an actress.
Subsequently, she moved to Fert, where she continued to act in several films. Tragically, her life was cut short when she succumbed to a bout of pneumonia in 1928, at the tender age of 36. She was laid to rest in the prestigious Monumental Cemetery of Turin, her legacy living on through her remarkable body of work.
