Khomkrit Treewimol, professionally known as Est, is a multifaceted creative force, exceling as a director and scriptwriter. Born in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand, he began his academic journey at Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) School, where he completed his high school education.
Subsequently, he pursued his Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, specializing in Film and Photography at the prestigious Chulalongkorn University. This solid foundation in the arts has undoubtedly contributed to his success in the industry.
Khomkrit Treewimol is a married man, having tied the knot with Waneepan Huaphoklang, a talented Thai screenwriter, better known as Manow.
Throughout his illustrious career, Treewimol has made a significant impact with his works, including the critically acclaimed films "My Girl" (2003),"Dear Dakanda" (2005),and "The Bedside Detective" (2007). His exceptional direction has earned him numerous accolades, including The Best Director award at The Asian New Talent Award (2004) and The Thailand National Film Association Award (2004),shared with five other directors for the film "Fan Chan".
Furthermore, Treewimol was nominated for Best Director at The Thailand National Film Association Award (2006) for his work on "Dear Dakanda".
