Within the realm of film direction, Rendall has garnered significant recognition for his work as a second unit director on several notable projects, including the critically acclaimed Matrix Reloaded (2003) and Matrix Revolutions (2003),as well as the sci-fi action film I, Robot (2004),the romantic comedy Casanova (2005),and the supernatural action film Ghost Rider (2007).
Beyond his work in film, Rendall has also made a name for himself as a musician, serving as the guitarist, vocalist, and co-founder of the punk rock band XL Capris, as well as the rock band Le Hoodoo Gurus.
