With a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for bringing compelling narratives to life, Jon has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of esteemed clients, including Amazon, PBS, National Geographic, Time, Inc., ITVS, TED, TechTV, Discovery, and many others.
Throughout his illustrious career, Jon has produced, directed, written, and overseen a wide variety of documentaries for both television and digital platforms, consistently pushing the boundaries of the medium and raising the bar for excellence in documentary storytelling.
In 2012, Jon co-founded Room 608, a cutting-edge new media and documentary production company based in New York, alongside his business partner and fellow creative visionary, Mark Mannucci.
Together, Jon and Mannucci have gone on to produce and executive produce a number of critically acclaimed and award-winning documentaries, including the Amazon series Lore, a groundbreaking hybrid fiction/documentary series for Propagate Content and Valhalla Entertainment, as well as the HHMI series I Contain Multitudes for PBS Digital.
Jon's impressive body of work has garnered him numerous accolades, including two Emmy Awards, with his wins in 2017 for Best Science and Technology film for A Year in Space and in 2009 for Best Investigative Documentary for Gorilla Murders.
