Egyptian actor Hassan Mahmoud Hassanein El Baroudy was born on November 19, 1898, and began his artistic journey after studying at the American School. Prior to pursuing his passion for acting, he worked as a translator at the Thomas Cook Company. His early career took off when he joined Hafez Naguib's touring band, followed by Aziz Eid's band in 1921. For approximately 20 years, he was a part of the renowned Youssef Wahby Troupe, where he honed his craft and gained recognition.
In addition to his work with the Youssef Wahby Troupe, El Baroudy also had a long-standing association with the National Theater, where he appeared in numerous plays. Some of his notable performances include the title role in "King of Iron" and a production of the classic musical "Les Misérables". His extensive filmography includes iconic Egyptian films such as "The Second Wife" (1967) and "Cairo Station" (1958). Hassan Mahmoud Hassanein El Baroudy's remarkable career spanned several decades, and he left an indelible mark on the Egyptian entertainment industry. Unfortunately, he passed away in 1974, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire new generations of actors and artists.
