Eva Koldits, born Eva Klemets on February 14, 1977, is a renowned Estonian actress and director.
Her educational background began at Kehra Middle School, where she graduated in 1995. She then pursued Estonian philology at Tallinn Pedagogical University from 1996 to 1999.
Eva continued her studies, attending the Estonian Academy of Music Higher School of Performing Arts from 2000 to 2004 to hone her directing skills. She completed her master's degree in 2006.
Before delving into her directing career, Eva worked at the Tallinn Music High School from 1998 to 1999. She then took on the role of director at the Tallinn City Theater from 2004 to 2006.
Eva's extensive experience in the industry includes being an actress and director at Vanemuise from 2007 to 2010 and an actor and director at Theater NO99 from 2010 to 2018.
Her notable productions include "Et kogien mind valvaks" (2004) and "Sugrierror.com" (2011),which received special prize nominations at the Estonian Theater Annual Awards. Additionally, her production "Tokerjad" (2014) earned a nomination for the best director prize.
Eva was also nominated for the best supporting actress award at the Estonian Theater Annual Awards in 2013 for her role in Teater NO99's play "Suur ogimine".
Since 2006, Eva has been an active member of the Estonian Directors' Union, contributing to the growth and development of the Estonian theater scene.
