Paul "Buddy" Swan, born on October 24, 1929, was an accomplished American child actor whose notable performances left a lasting impact on the film industry. As an eight-year-old boy, he took on the iconic role of the title character in the 1941 film Citizen Kane, showcasing his remarkable talent at a tender age.
In addition to his impressive portrayal in Citizen Kane, Swan also appeared in the horror film The Ape, the horror comedy Scared Stiff, and the Academy-Award nominated film The Fighting Sullivans, where he played one of the Sullivan brothers in their youth.
