Bobby Beshro is a graduate of the Conservatoire d'art dramatique de Québec, and since his graduation in 1992, he has worked constantly, taking on numerous roles in theatre, film, and television. He has appeared in several prominent Quebec television series, including Les jeunes loups, Trauma, Toute la vérité, Les Boys, Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin, and Le Négociateur, as well as in the youth program Une grenade avec ça, Au nom de la loi, Un gars, une fille, 4 et demi, Tribu.com, Omerta, and Caméra Café.
In film, he has worked on several prestigious productions under the direction of renowned directors from his generation. He has appeared in Route 132, directed by Louis Bélanger, Babine, and L'Audition, directed by Luc Picard, Nez rouged, directed by Éric Canuel, Nuit de noces, directed by Émile Gaudreault, 15 février 1839, directed by Pierre Falardeau, Le polygraphe, and Le confessionnal, both directed by Robert Lepage, as well as in Maelström, directed by Denis Villeneuve, and Pee Wee, directed by Éric Tessier. More recently, he has appeared in 1987, directed by Ricardo Trogi, La maison du pêcheur, directed by Alain Chartrand, and will be seen in Paul à Québec, directed by François Bouvier.
On stage, he has performed in MacBeth, directed by Fernand Rainville at TNM, Lorenzaccio, directed by Claude Poissant for La nouvelle compagnie théâtrale, Une grossière indécence at Théâtre du Rideau Vert, directed by René-Richard Cyr, Songe d'une nuit d'été, directed by Robert Lepage, and several other productions directed by Gill Champagne at La Bordée and Théâtre du Périscope in Québec. Most recently, he has appeared in Minuit Chrétien, directed by René-Richard Cyr at Théâtre Jean Duceppe, and La cousine Germaine at Théâtre l'Assomption.
As a versatile actor, he has had the opportunity to portray complex characters in both comedies and dramas. In his free time, Bobby Beshro is a nature enthusiast and avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing.
