Ashwin embarked on his professional acting journey at the tender age of 10, marking a significant milestone in his career. His first notable role was as Edmund Woodward in the Dodger Easter Special, a performance that set the stage for his future endeavors. Notably, he also lent his voice to a multitude of animated characters, including those in Pip and Posy, Smeds and Smoos, as well as Brave Bunnies, showcasing his versatility and range as a young artist.
Fast-forward to January 2023, Ashwin took to the skies, bound for Toronto, where he landed a series regular role in the Amazon Prime production, The Pradeeps of Pittsburgh. This notable achievement marked a new chapter in his career, as he continued to hone his craft and take on new challenges.
In addition to his television work, Ashwin made his stage debut at the esteemed National Theatre, bringing his talents to the iconic venue as Bill in Dear Octopus. Furthermore, he filmed his first feature and assumed a new regular character in the popular CBBC series, Lagging, solidifying his position as a rising star in the industry.
