Anthony T. Montgomery was born on June 2, 1971, and stands at an impressive 5' 10" (1,78 m) tall. This talented American film and television actor is best recognized for his captivating portrayal of Ensign Travis Mayweather in the UPN science fiction television series Star Trek: Enterprise, which is the fifth live-action series in the iconic Star Trek franchise.
Montgomery is proud to be the grandson of the renowned jazz musician Wes Montgomery. He earned a degree in performance theater and drama from Ball State University and briefly pursued a career in stand-up comedy before relocating to California.
Before landing his breakout role in the horror-spoof Leprechaun: In the Hood in 2000, Montgomery had a recurring role on the television series Popular. His casting in Star Trek: Enterprise in 2001 marked a significant milestone in his career.
In 2004, Montgomery returned to the stage in Los Angeles, where he produced the show Dutchman by LeRoi Jones and resumed his stand-up comedy career. The following year, he starred in theatrical fundraisers for charity in his hometown of Indiana.
