Her father, Joe Williams, was a renowned African-American professional football player, while her uncle, Alfie Lisk, made a name for himself as a skilled professional stock car and motorcycle racer.
As a child and teenager, Angelica demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for every sport imaginable, showcasing her natural talent and competitive spirit. However, her mother, Ann, worked tirelessly to nurture her daughter's passion for dance and modeling, despite Angelica's strong desire to excel in sports, particularly in beating boys at their own game.
Angelica's journey took an unexpected turn when she was scouted by a track and field coach, leading her to relocate from her small hometown of Trenton, Ontario, to the bustling city of Toronto, where she began training for the Olympic Games. As she navigated the city's fast-paced environment, Angelica found herself drawn to the arts, eventually booking commercials, dancing in music videos, and landing small acting roles.
Her singing career also flourished, as she became a member of the popular group Simply Majestic. It was during this period that Angelica crossed paths with top Canadian stunt coordinator Branko Racki, who introduced her to the world of stunts in 1997. Her breakthrough role as a Henchwoman in the movie Half Baked marked the beginning of her illustrious career in the stunt industry.
