Amelia Warner, a multifaceted English artist, was born on June 4, 1982. Initially, she gained recognition for her work in film and television, but has since transitioned to a successful music career, performing under the moniker Slow Moving Millie and signed to Island Records.
Born Amelia Catherine Bennett in Liverpool, she is the only child of accomplished actors Annette Ekblom and Alun Lewis. Her paternal uncle, Hywel Bennett, is also an actor. Following her parents' divorce, Warner and her mother relocated to London when she was just four years old.
Warner's educational background includes attendance at the Royal Masonic School for Girls and Fine Arts College in London, where she studied at the age of 16. She later pursued a degree in the history of art at Goldsmiths' College in London.
In her personal life, Warner has been married once, to actor Colin Farrell, from July 2001 to November 2001. She is currently engaged to Northern Irish actor, model, and musician Jamie Dornan.
