A psychopathic killer named Sawney drives a black cab, abducting and sacrificing victims to feed his family of inbred killers. The case is mishandled by the police, and a crime journalist's investigation puts him at odds with the authorities. As the journalist's fiancée becomes a target, the killer's family is revealed to be cannibalistic and sadistic. The film culminates in a dramatic climax when the family's chained beast is unleashed for revenge.
