In this unique take, the Caped Crusader is transported from his modern-day Gotham City to feudal Japan, where he must navigate a new world filled with samurai warriors, ancient traditions, and hidden temples.
Gorilla Grodd's time displacement machine sends Batman's enemies to feudal Japan, where they take on the forms of feudal lords, led by the Joker. Batman must use his intellect and allies to restore order and return to Gotham City.
