A poignant film follows the lives of three unlikely individuals: Daniel, a German photojournalist in Istanbul struggling to understand Turkish customs; Can, a charismatic, openly gay male belly dancer loved and accepted by his family; and Ahmet, a young man from a traditional, conservative family who fights for his values and ultimately meets a tragic fate.
