When a blizzard cancels flights at Hoover International Airport, two siblings, Spencer and Katherine, must stay in a basement room with other unaccompanied minors. The group, consisting of a chubby boy, a talkative friend, a surly girl, and a wealthy kid, decides to venture out and evade the strict airport supervisor, Mr. Porter, who despises Christmas.
