A ruthless thief steals the last of a young couple's money, just before their wedding. Unexpectedly, the gang's leader returns the stolen cash and takes the couple under his protection. However, the thief's jealousy grows, and he plots a rebellion against the boss. But in a botched heist, the thief is killed, and the police mistakenly target the innocent couple.
