The Machine to Kill Bad People
A self-righteous photographer is granted a powerful camera by a demon, which allows him to destroy "evil-doers" from the Earth. He uses this newfound ability to rid his village of its wealthy and corrupt inhabitants, starting with the most deserving targets.
