A teenager with a deformed face, resembling a rodent's snout, lives in solitude and misery in a city dump. After being kidnapped by two rednecks, they publicize their discovery, drawing the attention of a middle-aged woman, Nikki, who claims to be a reporter. However, her true intention is to profit from the child's unusual appearance. She takes the boy to her flat, where she and her brothers attempt to find a way to exploit him, despite his tendency to become agitated and depressed.
