One Piece: Dead End Adventure background

One Piece: Dead End Adventure

In the thrilling adventure, Luffy and his crew discover the notorious DeadEnd death race and decide to participate, only to become entangled in a web of conspiracy when they cross paths with the ruthless ex-marine Gasparde and the cunning bounty hunter Shuraiya.

A night at the harbor of Anabaru was uneventful until Luffy's insatiable appetite for food led the crew to seek extra income. Nami overheard a pirate's conversation with the bartender, learning about a way to earn more money. The bartender, impressed by Nami's offer of 200 Belli, revealed the location of a secret spot in the back of the bar. The crew discovered an underground pirate community, where they learned about the "Dead End Race," a prestigious event with a grand prize of 300,000,000 Belli. However, they soon found themselves entangled in a complex web of conspiracies involving Gasparde, a notorious ex-marine commander, and Shuraiya, a bounty hunter with a grudge against him. As the race began, the Straw Hat Pirates' money troubles seemed distant, but the true nature of the event remained unknown.
